Chelsea & Westminster Hospital is Mr Naparus's primary NHS and private surgical base. He completed his Adult Craniofacial Fellowship here, serves as Resident Lead for Plastic Surgery, and sits on the hospital's Specialist Skin Cancer Multidisciplinary Team (MDT). The majority of adult reconstructive, aesthetic and skin cancer surgery is performed here, supported by an established plastic surgery unit, dedicated theatres, and close working relationships with the hospital's oncology, dermatology and obstetric teams — including scar-optimising closure performed at the time of a planned Caesarean section, coordinated in advance with the obstetric team.

The Portland Hospital

The Portland Hospital is a specialist private hospital dedicated entirely to the care of women and children, and is where Mr Naparus performs the great majority of his paediatric plastic surgery. Its facilities, nursing staff and paediatric anaesthetic teams are geared specifically toward children — from ear and skin conditions in infants through to more complex paediatric reconstructive procedures — supporting a calmer, more reassuring experience for young patients and their families than a general adult surgical setting.

This depends on the procedure, your age, and — where relevant — your insurer. Paediatric surgery is almost always performed at The Portland Hospital; most adult surgery takes place at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital Private Care. This will always be confirmed with you in advance of any procedure.
